Swami Brahmanandaji Maharaj's birthday was celebrated at Ramakrishna Math, Chennai on 10th Feb. 2016. Revered Swami Smarananandaji Maharaj, Vice President, Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission was present. A group photo was taken on the occasion with Rev. Swami Gautamanandaji Maharaj, Rev. Swami Somanandaji Maharaj and all the monks and brahmacharins who were present.

Bapatla, Buddham and Karlapalem
Half day Spiritual Retreat was conducted at Sri Ramakrishna Seva Samithi, Bapatla in Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh on 24th February 2016. Swami Atmavidanandaji, Head of Ramakrishna Mission, Visakhapatnam, Swami Anupamananda, Head of Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Tirupati and Swami Raghunayakananda of Ramakrishna Math, Hyderabad and many local devotees of Sri Ramakrishna, participated in the programme, which consisted of Bhajans, Discourses and Sankeertans.
In the evening all the three Swamis addressed the students and faculty members of Ramakrishna Education Society.
On 25th foundation stone was laid for the meditation hall and multi purpose hall at Sri Ramakrishna Seva Samithi, Karlapalem, Guntur District. Large number devotees and admirers participated in the function. This was followed by a Satsanga where all the three Swamis addressed the devotees.

National Youth Day at Shri Padmavati Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, Tirupati, on 1 & 2, Feb. 2016
Shri Padmavathi Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, Tirupati organised two programmes in connection with National Youth Day on 1st and 2nd February, 2016.
The programme on 1st Feb. was chaired by Prof. V. Durga Bhavani, the Vice Chancellor of the University. Speaking on the occasion Swami Anupamananda stressed on harmonious development of Head, Heart and Hands, as enunciated by Swami Vivekananda. 200 engineering students and the faculty members attended the programme.
On 2nd February more than 200 PG students and research scholars attended the programme. Addressing them Swami Anupamananda described at length the importance of Man-making and character building education in the present day context.
Exhibition and Sale of Literature was part of the programme.
